Meet Erica

About me

I’m Erica Lindenberg, a bilingual (Spanish) clinician based in Charlotte, NC. My work is rooted in seeing you as a whole person first, guided by values of compassion, safety, collaboration, and humility. I feel deeply grateful to do this work, honored by the trust my clients place in me, and committed to walking alongside each person on their journey. Outside of work, I enjoy nature, music, rock climbing, reading, and learning.

Credentials & Experience

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018. I began my career in community mental health supporting clients with trauma, depression, OCD, anxiety, and perinatal concerns. Several years later, I transitioned into private practice, focusing primarily on evidence-based treatment for anxiety and OCD.

I’ve trained with the International OCD Foundation and other specialized anxiety centers, and receive ongoing consultation. I’m a member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science, a member of IOCDF, and I pursue regular professional development in ACT, ERP, meta-cognitive therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion based approaches. With close to a decade of clinical experience, I bring a depth of knowledge to my work and a genuine commitment to continued learning.
