Services
My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindful self-compassion. These frameworks are combined with a focus on building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship as the foundation of our work.
Both ERP and ACT involve doing hard and often scary things, which can understandably feel intimidating. I wholeheartedly recognize the courage it takes to engage in this work. For this reason, it’s important to me that you feel seen, supported, and understood first. From there, we will move gradually, at a pace that works for you.
